INSOMNIA.

It is 3 minutes to 4 am and I am awake. *Sigh* I wish I knew what was going on with me! I've been such an insomniac lately. Maybe too much going on in my head...I instigated a give-and-take back massage with my fiance and he was comfortable and sleepy when I was done with his back but when it came to my turn, he didn't give it too much effort and gave up pretty quickly. Though I was relaxed, I was sleepy but not sleeping. So I tried several different tactics and I gave up after about 3 hours of trying. I figure that I will stay up all night and then I'll be really tired tomorrow night so I'll pretty much have to go to bed early, which should get me back on the right sleeping schedule. You see, I have been having this problem all week. Last night, I was up until 5am. The night before, I was up until 2 am and so on. I am a night owl but I've never had insomnia like this before.
Today, we figured out what our invitations are going to look like and how we're going to be printing them off and putting them together. It was a good feeling when we were done, though we did have a few spats in the library. I think it was due to a few things...1) we've been spending too much time together lately, 2) we were both tired and 3) we were both very hungry. It's funny how we resort to acting like children when we are tired. So now we need to figure out envelopes and RSVP cards and envelopes and we are set! Also, I figured out how I will be doing my makeup so I feel really good about that. =)

Because of the flood, the water in Moorhead has been tasting a little funny. I can't quite put my finger on it but apparently the city noticed it and now about half of our water supply is coming from another city. Still, they say it is not harmful but it does taste and smell funny. Apparently we have the best tasting water in Minnesota, or at least we did until the flood this year. Which I think is odd...last year, the water came up much higher and  the tap water tasted just fine until we were evacuated...don't know how it tasted after that. At any rate, I miss the good-tasting water. I think I'm chronically dehydrated these days from avoiding drinking the water since it tastes funny. If it tasted more like strawberries and less like rotting vegetation, I would be guzzling that stuff like nobody's business.

Hm. I'm bored.
